Established (33 years) South bay area (company yard located in Los Gatos, CA. ) opperations/ project manager to run the day to day in LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION and INSTALLATION.

MUST be skilled and experienced in all types of Landscape Design and Construction/Installation.
We do the following work:
demolition and hauling, interlocking pavers, concrete, flagstone, brick, tile, drip and spray irrigation, grass lawns, planting , artificial lawns, walls, pergolas, lighting, etc.
Cal. driver's lic. required.
Project Manager job entails the planning, directing and tracking of the jobs and crews, reading designs and plans, ordering materials, picking-up and delivering of materials and tools, tracking materials invoices and payroll hours, hauling-off debris, communicating with and selling add-ons to customers (for commissions), communicating with workers, office manager, designers and owner.
Speaking Spanish and English is neccessary.
