Looking for somebody experienced with decks to help with maintenance on a large multistory Trex deck in the Santa Cruz Mountains, in a neighborhood off Skyline near Castle Rock State Park. The deck is approximately 10 years old and in solid shape overall.

The types of things I need help with:

Sealing glulam posts to help prevent further checking
Looking over a beam with some rot and advising on how best to protect it
Removing hidden duff/debris between deck boards or sitting on beams
Advising on the best way to protect the underlying wood/glulam framing from moisture

I’m hoping to have someone come out next Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (October 9th, 10th, or 11th).
