Hello, me and my wife and cats are looking for a new place to rent, preferably a rent by owner due to our credit, max budget is $2300. Definitely long-term renters, also to save all the scammers from messaging me. I’m not paying one cent before we have seen the property! Theres “NO” legitimate reason to pay anything upfront until after we view the property and are certain we want to rent it! Thanks for your time.
