Grand with toddler seeking to rent part of your house. We'd like to have 2 private rooms with access to all common areas. Prefer a yard fenced and able to play safely in. Kid and I are clean and quiet ish, other than frequent singing and laughing. Not bringing drama. Paying cash in advance. Would love to live in a home with creatures! We can not live in a home where people use street drugs. Self-sufficient with our own vehicle.
