**Looking for Garage / Car Storage Space Near Pismo Beach** (Pismo Beach)

I’m looking for space to store several of my cars and consolidate my current parking situation. I’m a longtime car enthusiast, and I’d much rather have the cars together in one secure location than parked on the street in front of my home.
**I need enough space for a minimum of 3–4 cars, preferably within about 5 miles of the Pismo Beach area.** Indoor storage would definitely be preferred, but I would consider secure outdoor space if the location and setup were right.
The cars are clean, functional, and well maintained. There would be no mechanical work, repairs, or other business activity taking place. At most, I might occasionally wash or vacuum a car if permitted.
Most days, I wouldn’t access the space at all. On occasion, I might stop by once or twice to switch cars, but there would be very little activity overall.
This could be a great arrangement for someone who has an unused garage, warehouse space, shop, or simply extra room at an existing commercial property. I’d also be open to sharing a larger commercial space with someone who isn’t using all of it.
If you have something that might work, please let me know what you have, the location, approximately how many cars it could accommodate, and what you would want for monthly rent. I’m flexible and happy to consider something a little unconventional if it works for both of us.
