Join a growing food manufacturing company and become part of a team that keeps products moving safely and efficiently. We're seeking dependable Warehouse Associates with forklift experience to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. *THIS IS A COLD STORAGE FACILTY*
What You'll Do:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments
Pick, stage, and prepare orders for production and customer delivery
Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks safely
Load and unload trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and GMP standards
Support food safety, quality, and OSHA compliance
Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure on-time fulfillment
What We're Looking For:
Forklift experience required
Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
