Here are our requirements for your application:
✅Proof of monthly income (minimum 1.5x (net) or 2x (gross) the monthly rent, roughly above $1,300/month (net))
✅No evictions in the last 3 years or debt to previous landlords in the past 2 years (with verified 2 year rental payment history)
✅Background check with no felonies related to violence
Your credit score will affect your security deposit:
500 or below = may be denied, negotiable dependent upon rental history
501-649 = $500 Security Deposit
650 or above = $199 Security Deposit
Our application fee is $50, and our admin/holding fee is $150. Once we receive your application with the information above, we will begin the application process and get you ready to move in. We look forward to seeing you at our community soon!
