One bedroom available Sept 7 in the basement of a two-story home or the option to take a smaller bedroom upstairs for $850 per month - only one room will be rented and the house is shared with my mother She could use some help with minor things and the rent can be adjusted for tasks you may be willing to do .The down stairs is like a Seperate suite measuring 1200 sqft the bedroom is very large it measures at 23x13 with closet space and dresser drawers on each side of the queen size bed it also has a study desk with an office chair (not pictured)living room area has use of a 50 inch large screen T. V.with Netflix and many channels plus Wi-Fi included .The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the Standard toilet and sink . Laundry facilities pictured are secondary and rarely used so pretty much your own space . There is a breakfast table with small fridge for use if on occasions you don't want to use the full size shared kitchen upstairs home/We are also able to make the breakfast area more of a mini kitchen by adding a toaster oven,hotplate and microwave plus the use of the BBQ if that appeals more to you. Home is located in a very desirable area of Ladysmith walking distance to the downtown area Tran sfer Beach and Holland Creek Trail .This is a very clean home and we would like it treated with respect-no pets ,smoking drinking or drugs .
