The celebrated Roppongi Restaurant & Lounge is launching an updated modern menu continuing the Asian fusion favorites we're known for, and adding a selection of fresh fish, hand rolls and prime steak options! We are currently seeking an experienced bartender to complete our team. An ideal candidate will be able to train and work in both serving and bartending roles, as needed, but primarily serve as a bartender. An experienced team member will have several years of experience in busy restaurants. To be considered, be certain your resume shows decent tenure in each position held, and explains any gaps in relevant employment.

Our talented FOH team members maintain safe and sanitary food & beverage processes in order to provide exceptional food and drinks to our valued guests. Knowledge of the position and proven experience should be present on your resume.
Applicant Requirements:
Full weekend availability - must be able to work Fri-Sun and holidays
Extensive serving experience - wine & cocktail knowledge a huge plus
Ability to get and maintain a food handler card, RBS and Respectful Workplace certifications
Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
