My roommate and I are moving to San Jose and are looking for an additional roommate(s) to lower costs.
About us; we're both in our 20s and working most of the time. We both work full time- I work as a pet groomer and my roomie works in tech. We're queer, friendly, and quiet people.
We like to keep communal areas tidy and usable, and clean up after ourselves. We also are people who like to help out with the house wherever we can, and respect each other's personal space. We are communicative and like to have clear expectations of each other to avoid misunderstandings and keep a chill atmosphere.
Neither of us drink heavily or do drugs. I occasionally have a drink socially, but not at home. No drinking or drugs at home please. Guests are ok with us if we have some warning and you're not super loud.
Any gender, age, etc is welcome. Couples or roommates welcome. We both are fine with kids or babies and can even help out a little. ESA cats or small pets are ok, but we can't afford a dog-friendly place. I have a cat who is an ESA (not a housing restriction). We're really just looking for someone who wants to coexist together and share rent costs.
