General Description: Responsible for retrieving recycle feedstock from farms and for delivering
equipment.
Responsibilities
1. Work safely and efficiently.
2. Assist in keeping company trucks clean and maintained.
3. Secure loads appropriately.
4. Comply with all federal, state, and policy driving regulations.
5. Operate loading equipment to load recycle feed stock.
6. Support other departments in AEC with over-the-road trucking as directed.
7. Arrive at work rested and able to drive the maximum legal hours.
Required Skills/Qualifications
1. Class-A Driver. Ideally, Class-A drivers have kingpin and airbrake endorsements.
2. Thorough understanding of applicable state and federal DOT (Department of Transportation)
regulations.
3. Basic technical knowledge to facilitate equipment repairs and purchases.
4. Skilled operation of trucks and loading equipment (loaders, forklifts, tractors, etc.).
5. Ability to favorably represent the AEC brand to customers through demeanor, professionalism,
and appearance.

Compensation and Benefits
- Position is hourly with wages based on experience ($18–21+/hr.).
