Position: Project Manager Company: Boston Remodeling Group
Location: Hudson, MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of remodeling projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- This is an office job that will require driving in a company car to multiple job sites
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or remodeling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Speaks Portuguese as a first or second language
