Hi local community! My name is Armando, a Central Coast native, Cuesta College student (hoping to transfer to Cal Poly next year), and a responsible tenant looking for a small place to call home somewhere on the Central Coast .
I am looking for a small setup with a fenced area for my 3 dogs (Kai, Mac, and Jr.) and I.
I would love to find a landlord open to a full or partial work trade for rent!
What I can offer:
Massage s • 10 years of experience as a Certified Massage Therapist (including Watsu pool massage— if you have a pool!)
°Manny-great with kids
• Caregiving (PT clinic aide experience )
• Ranch hand & property maintenance
If you have a cottage, ADU, ranch house, or guesthouse and could use a skilled, trustworthy professional on the property to help out, please shoot me a private message.
Thank you , for your time! 🙌
