These are a must:
Ladies only, 1 dog ok, but must be outdoor trained.
No more than 3 adults total.
West of Patchogue, Suffolk Only. Under $1300, w. light kitchen use, including a shelve and space in fridge, Queen sized room.
No vaping or smoking of any kind in house.
No attics/cape rooms.
I am easy going and have a nice share now. But looking to upgrade a few things I do not have.
