UES is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing field team.
Position: Construction Laborer / Installer
Employment: Full-Time / Project-Based
Pay: $26–$40/hour depending on experience
Travel: Some regional travel required
Responsibilities:
Prepare roofs, concrete, walls, and other surfaces for coatings and restoration
Pressure washing, cleaning, scraping, grinding, and general surface preparation
Assist with installation of waterproofing and protective coating systems
Apply coatings using rollers, brushes, squeegees, and spray equipment
Assist with crack, joint, flashing, and penetration repairs
Move and stage materials, tools, hoses, and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
Follow manufacturer specifications and supervisor instructions
Work safely around ladders, lifts, roofs, and construction equipment
Requirements:
- Be dependable and show up on time
- Be able to work outdoors and lift 50–75 lbs
- Be comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Follow safety rules and work well with others
- Have reliable transportation
- Be willing to learn and travel when needed
Construction, roofing, or painting experience is a plus, but we can train the right person.

- Tener transporte confiable
- Tener disposición para aprender y viajar cuando sea necesario
