I need a roommate starting in November. I live in a 3 bedroom house on Polk and Gettysburg. Unfurnished room with seperate bath. There is s large kitchen so you can make your own meals. Washer and dryer. Im.asking $850 per month with a deposit of $250. Half of PGE which runs about $150 per month and half water and garbage which varies depends on water usage. Its a large home and i have 2 little dogs, 2 cats and a 🐢 but they stay in my room which has access to the large backyard. Prefer female roommate no children or a live-in significant other - non-negotiable. Must have verifiable income and landlord reference
