Uni-Fab Industries Inc. is looking for the best Machinists to join a rapidly growing company. We are building a team of highly professional people that are smart, motivated, and that want to grow. The entire shop is air-conditioned.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Vertical Milling only
• Set/up and run complex parts
• Run multiple machines at a time
• Maximize setups to run proficiently
• Understanding the proper care of all cutting tools.
Technical Background: (Required Skillset)
• 3-5 years experience doing own Set-Ups
• Understanding speeds and feeds of materials and cutters.
• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• Proficient with the use of measuring tools and equipment.
• Familiar with the setup and operation of the precision saw.
• Familiar all cutting tools and their proper use.
• Understand and follow Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance standard (GD&T).
• Understanding and knowledge of different materials (CRS, SST, Alum, plastics, etc.)
