This is a DEWALT DW991 drill kit, which includes the drill, two batteries, charger, instruction booklet, and case.

The drill itself works wonderfully, but the batteries (which are original) have seen better days, and don't hold a charge for long. So you would likely want to buy at least one new replacement battery. The drill originally came with two small convenience drill bits (you can see one at the top of the drill in the first photo), but the second one has been lost.
