Personal Care Assistant needed for a woman in the Northampton area. She is not a senior so this is a potential long-term part-time opportunity. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, medication management, help with personal care, and companionship. There is heavy lifting involved. She can generally stand and pivot, but needs help - sometimes a lot, sometimes a little. We currently have three afternoon/evenings from 2pm - 9/10pm available. There is flexibility in the days. You must be willing to be fragrance-free. The working environment is pleasant and comfortable, but it's not on a bus route so you need a reliable vehicle.
Preference is for an experienced woman, but if you have the heart for this kind of work, you can learn the job.
