Glazier Helper / Installer Assistant (Full-Time)
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Glazier Helper to assist with the installation of residential glass products. This position involves working in the field daily alongside a lead installer and provides an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade with potential for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
Assist the lead installer with the installation of shower doors, windows, mirrors, and other residential glass products
Safely transport, handle, and install glass materials at customer locations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow installation procedures and safety guidelines
Provide professional and courteous customer service while on job sites
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds regularly
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Practical judgment and attention to detail
Previous residential construction experience is a plus, but not required
No glass industry experience necessary; training will be provided
