I am currently looking for a solid opportunity with an employer that values someone who can learn quickly, solve problems, and actually get work done. I am based in Corona and can consider positions throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas, along with remote, hybrid, and relocation opportunities for the right position.
My work history is somewhat unusual because I have substantial experience in both technical environments and hands-on operations. I have progressed through IT support, systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, project work, and IT management, but I also have real warehouse, production, inventory, equipment, retail, and material-handling experience.
That means I am not limiting my search to a particular title. I am interested in hearing from companies that need capable people, whether the immediate need is keeping technology running, supporting users, securing infrastructure, moving product, maintaining inventory, operating equipment, or helping an operation get through a heavy workload.
On the IT and infrastructure side, I can bring experience with:
• Windows and Linux systems
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Active Directory
• Network troubleshooting, routing, switching, VLANs and VPNs
• Cisco, Palo Alto and Meraki environments
• Cybersecurity operations and infrastructure security
• Endpoint protection and EDR/XDR platforms
• Vulnerability management and system hardening
• Identity, MFA, SSO and access management
• VMware and virtual infrastructure
• PowerShell, Bash and technical automation
• User support and difficult technical troubleshooting
• Infrastructure deployments and technical projects
I have supported environments ranging from individual end users to enterprise infrastructure and thousands of endpoints. I hold an active CISSP certification, a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, and a master's degree in cybersecurity management. I am currently completing doctoral work in technology.
I am equally comfortable with hands-on work. My warehouse and operations background includes sit-down and stand-up forklifts, gas and electric equipment, pallet jacks and EPJs, order picking, scissor lifts, freight handling, palletizing, packing, inventory, stocking, shipping and receiving, vendor returns, production lines, machine operation, and working against production quotas.
I have worked in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, retail, customer service, technical support, MSP, corporate IT, and enterprise engineering environments. I understand that showing up consistently, communicating clearly, following procedures, working safely, and finishing the job matter just as much as what is written on a résumé.
I am open to positions including IT Support, Help Desk, Systems Administration, Network Administration/Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, IT Operations, Technical Support, Warehouse, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, Stocking, Production, General Labor, and other positions where my experience could be useful.
Full-time employment is preferred, although I will consider part-time, temporary, contract, project, and immediate-start work.
If you are hiring in Corona, Riverside, Ontario, Eastvale, Norco, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, or elsewhere in the Inland Empire, I would be glad to hear what you have available. I am also open to opportunities farther away when the position makes sense.
Employers, recruiters, staffing firms, and local businesses are welcome to contact me. Please include the company, position, work location, schedule, and approximate pay range when possible.
