Bright, modern studio in a newer luxury building in Everett, near Assembly Row and close to the Orange Line. I'm moving to NYC for a new job and looking for someone to take over my lease.

- Rent: $2,566/mo (the building lists comparable studios at $2,700+)
- About $2,200/mo effective with the bonus
- ~526 sq ft studio with a bed nook, 1 bathroom
- Lease runs through Nov 22, 2027
- Move-in: mid-December or early January

- Garage parking available ($150/mo, optional)
- Cats and dogs OK, no amenity fee

THE BONUS
