Click on their lead (Find their name or unit number you reserved)
Click on Convert at the bottom right of the screen
Click Next
Click Edit (Green Button)
Fill Out All The Green Boxes ( Mobile Country Code is 1) Also web password is the same as their gate code
Make sure to add their middle name as well
Gate Code is Unit Number + Last 4 of Driver's License
Now add alternate contact (Click on Alternate at top of that screen)
Hit Okay and then hit Next
Uncheck Charge Invoice Fee
Click On merchandise and find ( Lock: Cylinder 19mm )
Click on Protection Plan underneath that - there is a $15 per month for $2500 worth of coverage or $28 for $5000 worth of coverage
If they push back you can ask them to show proof of their own insurance but we need them to pull it up in office and you will add it on the right side of the insurance screen
Once you pick, click one of the red boxes to finalize the TPP
Click Save and Confirm you want to Save and proceed to the next screen
Lease #1 will be checked and then ask if they want to be setup on Autopay (If so, select Auto Pay)
Click on Payment and take a payment (Type in amount due and confirm it is the correct amount - you can review everything under Edit Payments and Charges) - Once you take the payment it will ask if you want to set them up under autopay - if so, the system will take you through that. If they want to add it later you can get there under "Ledger Setting"
After you take a payment it will take you back to the screen where you check lease, autopay and click the green box "E-Sign."
Take them through the lease by playing the lease presentation video found in the learning center.
Ask for review
