Up for sale is a classic, fully operational vintage 1960s mechanical tin lithograph "Manoeuvre Train" (Shunting Railway) set manufactured by LMZ (Leningradskiy Zavod Metalloizdeliy) in the USSR.
Condition Details:
Train & Wagon: Includes the original green-striped clockwork locomotive and the matching multi-colored speckled freight wagon. Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition with strong paint luster.
Mechanics: The internal clockwork spring motor is fully operational, winds up properly, and spins the wheels smoothly.
Key: Retains its original, intact black wind-up key attached directly to the cab side.
Track Layout: The figure-8 tinplate track base is remarkably clean and vibrant, showing only minor rim edge wear and nominal scratching from gentle past play. No major dents or rust issues. One connecting bar on rev is missing..see photo. Does not effect operation or display. Has not been played with..on display in collection.
