Large well-insulated bedroom with closet, two windows (north and west facing), vaulted ceiling on the second floor of a shared two-story house with four roommates (including you). Owner is one of the roommates. Current roommates are in our 50s, male and female, looking for other mature residents of any age or gender (we are queer and trans friendly!) to join our quiet household. Shared spaces include a big farmhouse kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, two bathrooms, and a large yard. We are looking for people who are good communicators, friendly and respectful of other housemates and neighbors, who can clean up after themselves, particularly in the kitchen. No pets please.

Lovely neighborhood with great neighbors, 10 minute walk to Savin Hill Station on the red line or Uphams Corner on the "purple line", lots more transportation options by bus, easy walk to Latin and Asian food markets, Boston's best Bahn Mi and bubble tea close by plus a great Taqueria, Indian food, Irish bars, and tons of other food options within a few blocks. Close enough to the beach and waterfront to walk or bike.

$1200 per month includes all utilities and internet. Window A/C provided. Rental agreement is month-to-month. First and last month's rent required to move in. Available September 1 or October 1.
