Does any of this sound familiar?
➜ You're paying a bookkeeper but you're not really sure what they're doing each month.
➜ You have to chase your bookkeeper just to get a response.
➜ Your CPA found problems you thought your bookkeeper had already handled.
➜Your books are “done,” but accounts haven't actually been reconciled.
➜ Something doesn't look right in QuickBooks and nobody can explain why.
➜ Your bookkeeper rarely asks questions about transactions they don't understand.
➜You've gone through more than one bookkeeper and just want someone dependable.
➜ You've fallen behind because your previous bookkeeper disappeared, quit, or simply didn't get the work done.
Here’s how I do things differently:
✅ I reconcile your accounts. Bookkeeping is more than categorizing transactions from the bank feed. Your bank and credit-card accounts should agree with the actual statements.
✅ I ask questions instead of guessing. You know your business. I know bookkeeping. Sometimes I need information from you to make sure something is recorded correctly.
✅ I tell you when I find a problem. If something doesn't look right, I don't just work around it and move on.
✅ I keep track of what's missing. I'd rather identify missing information now than have your CPA discover it when you're trying to file your taxes.
✅ I communicate with my clients. You shouldn't have to repeatedly chase your bookkeeper just to find out what's going on.
Whether you’re one month behind or five years behind, after 12 years in bookkeeping, I’ve seen just about everything. There’s no judgment about how you got here. We start where you are, get the books cleaned up, and move forward.
We are a US based business. We offer flat-rate pricing based on your needs.
