Please provide a quote for the following repair that needs done:
You will need to access sewer line inside the wall on the second floor below both affected units as well as below the toilet flanges and inside a wall on the 3rd floor to connected a new stack. Will change the intersection with a double wye to allow proper flow through the sewer system to both toilets. Will have to remove all stopped up water to ensure no waste water escapes inside the units before cutting into the sewer and properly discarding waste material. Once replumbed properly will test system for proper flow.
*Attempted to snake the toilet and the snake went thru to the next door neighbor toilet ..plumbed incorrectly.
