Larry's Yardwork and Weeding -- $45/hr (Denver)

My name is Larry and I'd love to offer you some support if you're looking to clean up your property or need weeding done. I also love to help folks who are getting ready to sell their home and need it looking nice.
I know it's hard to find someone you can trust and who is reliable. I have most of my own tools and my own transportation. Have references available upon request if needed as well. Sober. Flexible. Calm. I work hard and fast, and am thorough. My goal is to leave it so you only need me to come out a few times a year.
When you reach out please send me pictures of the areas or projects you need done. If you can't take pictures for any reason just send me a good description of what you require.
*Please Note: I cannot haul away any debris. I can get some brown yard bags for you on my way in ($5 for 5 pack) if you need or if you have a compost/ trash bin you want me to use thats great. I don't do mowing, as I just have a Toyota Corolla, but can mow for you if you have one of your own. I can trim with my weed wacker too if you like.

Service Rates:
**For General Yardwork and Weeding:**
My base rate is $150 per service call. This covers a 3-hour minimum window of work and transportation. Additional time after that is billed at $45/hr.
**For Spraying and Weed Management:**
If you want me to spray chemicals for weed management that you bought I can for an additional $50 fee.
Even if you don't have me do it, I will help you identify the areas you want to spray and what products, according to your needs. This is the most cost-effective way for weed management, especially in our very dry Colorado.
**Tree of Heaven Treatment:**
Tree of Heaven is an invasive weed species to Colorado that is often confused for the native Sumac. Effectively removing almost always requires systemic treatment. Every situation is different. I use a solution of triclopyr-4 herbicide and a combination of hack-and-squirt, cut stump and basal bark application. Please contact me with pictures for a quote.
**Organizing and Cleaning**
If you have a garage, warehouse or indoor space that needs cleaning up and organizing I can help with that also. My standard rate for general yardwork and weeding applies.
If you need real guidance and help downsizing and getting rid of stuff, my wife is a professional organizer and I can refer you to her.
**Xeriscaping**
My current goal is to get into Sustainable Landscape Management. I don't have the means for medium to large projects, but for single family homes I can help you create a plan and DIY execute, hopefully for much cheaper.
