Getting Ready to Sell? Yard Cleanup, Weeding, Misc. Help -- $35/hr (Denver)

My name is Larry and I'd love to offer you some support if you're looking to clean up your property or need weeding done. I also love to help folks who are getting ready to sell their home and need it looking nice. Also enjoy coming up with a plan so you don’t need me to come back as often.
I know it's hard to find someone you can trust and who is reliable. I have most of my own tools and my own transportation. Have references available upon request if needed as well. Sober. Flexible. Calm. I work hard and fast.
When you reach out please send me pictures of the areas or projects you need done. If you can't take pictures for any reason just send me a good description of what you require.
*Please Note: I cannot haul away any debris. I can get some brown yard bags for you on my way in ($5 for 5 pack) if you need or if you have a compost/ trash bin you want me to use thats great. I don't do mowing, but can if you have a mower of your own. I can trim with my weed wacker if you like.

Service Rates:
**For General Yardwork and Weeding:**
My base service rate is $140 which covers a 3-hour minimum window of work if I come out. Additional time beyond that is billed at $35/hr.
**For Spraying & Weed Management:**
For my own service, I work exclusively with Sunday products which are naturally derived, pesticide-free and safe for humans and pets. These solutions are on the pricey side, but they align with my values.
If you want me to spray a combination of selective and non-selective weed management solutions on your property, I can for $100-$200 depending on the size of the area and what you need. $100 is usual price for a single family home and garden.
If you want me to spray something you bought I can do for a flat rate of $75.
**Tree of Heaven Treatment:**
Tree of Heaven is an invasive weed species to Colorado that is often confused for the native Sumac. Effectively removing almost always requires systemic treatment. My rate is $150 flat per service call which covers the first hour and then $75/hr after that.
