This old church has not been used for anything but a church. It has all original floors, windows, pews, etc. The furnaces are older propane, but worked when last used. Also it has central air. The basement is wide open and has a single bathroom, as well as a large kitchen.

The zoning is for Church or SFH. We had big plans for this but decided to focus elsewhere. With a little work the basement could be partitioned into 2-3 bedrooms and still have plenty of common space.
