This is the view from our beachfront time-share winter ‘getaway’ in Deerfield Beach, FL. Sadly, we are not able to getaway this year. It is only available from November 21, 2026 - November 28, 2026, for only $1100 for the week (Please note: There are 2 separate units available). Each unit has 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 bath, open living/dining area, full kitchen, etc (all fully furnished). This is a small, quiet property with only 21 units sharing two pools (one heated). The ocean view is accented each morning by the radiant sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean, and the private beach is a 60 second walk right in front of you. A variety of dining opportunities are just a short walk away. This is a less expensive and SAFER alternative to ordinary hotel experience.
Perhaps you are wondering why seven days on a quiet, sunny Florida beach is only $1100 for the week? We are simply seeking to recover some of our annual maintenance fee that has already been paid.
