Job description:
We're looking for an experienced Salad Cook to join our team at a high-volume Italian restaurant. This job entails preparing ingredients for the station, preparing salads, cold sandwiches, desserts, and making fried food. We are looking for a full time cook, but could also work with someone part time. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. There is a bus stop in Dedham Square right outside the restaurant.
Requirements:
-Previous salad station experience in a high-volume restaurant is required
-Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
-Strong attention to detail and consistency in presentation
-Dependable, punctual, and a team player
-Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
