Van has a solid safety-security barrier between cargo and cab. Exterior back up camera, interior cargo area camera, double puck locks on rear and side doors, recently replaced driver’s seat, already wired for battery tender for off season maintenance, cold A/C, runs and drives perfectly. Cargo floor is waterproofed bed with 1” dense rubber horse mat and 1”-2” wood decking sheets with equipment secured to decking. There are steel cargo tie downs bolted into the cargo floor if you ever want to add a water tank, move a motorcycle, etc. Pressure Washer was just fully serviced.
