Who We’re Looking For
Someone reliable, personable, and comfortable communicating in writing with potential clients — often during sensitive or stressful moments in their lives. Prior admin, customer service, or legal intake experience is a plus but not required.
This role requires wearing multiple hats, so if you’re a strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
Local to the Cupertino / South Bay area preferred, in case in-person tasks are needed.
To apply, please reply with your resume and a short note about your availability.
