Help keep our tea shops clean, fresh, and ready for the next day! We’re hiring for locations in Cupertino and Valley Fair Mall.
Schedule
Every night, starting after 11:00 PM
About 5 hours for one person, or about 2.5 hours for two people working together
Cleaning duties
General areas:
Clean and sanitize countertops, bar surfaces, and workstations
Wipe and disinfect the exterior of tea preparation equipment
Clean sinks and drain areas; remove residue buildup
Clean floors and remove sticky sugar and milk stains
Clean trash bins and replace liners
Spot-clean walls and splash areas
Clean the inside of cabinet doors and door frames
Back kitchen and prep area:
Wash the final batch of cups, tools, utensils, and containers from before closing; remove stickers from dishes
Clean and sanitize prep tables and work surfaces
Deep-clean sinks and remove grease
Degrease and mop floors
Clean storage racks and exterior surfaces
Clean the waste collection area
Customer area:
Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
Sweep and mop floors
Clean entrance glass and spot-clean as needed, twice a week
Clean trash bins
Wipe general surfaces in designated customer areas
Clean and disinfect the bathroom toilet
