Experienced Driver / Groundsman – Tree Care | Cottonwood, AZ
Arborist Standards Tree Care is hiring!
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Driver/Groundsman to join our growing tree care team based out of Cottonwood, AZ.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and wants steady work with a professional tree care company.
What we’re looking for:
Clean driving record — required
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Physically fit and able to perform outdoor/manual labor
Comfortable working around trees, equipment, and job sites
Willing to learn and take direction
Team player with a good attitude
Previous tree care, landscaping, or grounds experience is a plus, but not required
Job duties may include:
Driving company vehicles to and from job sites
Assisting the tree crew and arborists
Ground work and cleanup
Dragging brush and handling logs
Operating basic equipment
Loading/unloading materials
Maintaining a clean and safe job site
General labor as needed
Pay:
$19–$22/hour to start, depending on experience
