Production Worker $24.29 - $25.40/hr

Rhodes Bake-N-Serv is a leading producer of top-quality frozen bread and rolls, dedicated to delivering excellence in every product. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Utility Workers on 3rd Shift. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to start a career in food manufacturing, with hands-on experience across various stages of our production process. Responsibilities

• Work at different stations on the processing line, including inspecting products, packaging, and boxing finished goods
• Rotate through various tasks to gain experience with the entire manufacturing process
• Assist machine operators with set-ups and change-overs when the line is not running
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties to maintain a clean work environment
• Contribute to weekly sanitation processes to ensure food safety and quality standards are met

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and rotate through different job duties
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work 3rd shift hours: Monday–Friday, 11:55 pm – 8:00 am
