Shift: 6am to 12pm (6 hours)
$16-$20per hour need 10+ van driver/security/mascots to work the event, APPLY NOW work upcoming.

Job Descriptions below:
VAN DRIVER/PRODUCTION ASSISTANT:
Handles pre-event pickup, inventory, and preparation so the activation team arrives ready to work.
• Begins Monday or Tuesday of event week for onboarding and works through Friday.
• Drives a prepaid U-Haul van to collect Amazon and Walmart orders on Wednesday. TempGuru will arrange the van.
• Checks inventory against the order list on Thursday and reports missing items so they can be resolved before Friday.
• Drops off and picks up aprons and tablecloths at a local dry cleaner.
• Stocks and organizes the event storage unit.
• Follows the brand team’s task checklist and provides daily status updates.
Candidates must be organized, reliable, comfortable driving a cargo van, and able to lift over 50 lbs. Please verify a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
SECURITY/CROWD ENGAGEMENT STAFF:
Work outside the booth to attract visitors and maintain energy.
• Approaches guests and starts conversations.
• Directs guests to the booth.
• Shares approved brand messages from the provided one-pager.
• Remains active and engaged throughout the event.
Candidates should have street team, sampling, or promotional event experience and be comfortable initiating conversations with the public.
MASCOTS:
Each handler supports a mascot’s safety and guest interaction.
• Guides the mascot through crowds and acts as their eyes.
• Coordinates breaks, hydration, and costume needs.
• Actively invites guests, especially families, to take photos.
• Keeps crowds and photo lines orderly.
Candidates should have mascot handling or crowd management experience and be outgoing, assertive, alert, and safety-minded.
