Looking for a Reliable Handyman / Contractor
I am looking for a dependable handyman or contractor to help maintain multiple rental properties. I am looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and gets jobs completed in a timely manner.
If you are not reliable, do not communicate, leave jobs unfinished, or produce poor-quality work, please do not respond.
I’m looking for someone who can handle jobs from start to finish, including:
• Drywall repair and painting
• Plumbing repairs
• Electrical repairs
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Tile work
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Door and window repairs/replacements
• Cabinet installation and repairs
• Bathroom and kitchen repairs
• Deck, fence, and exterior repairs
• Siding and gutter repairs
• Concrete and masonry repairs
• Appliance installation
• Light HVAC repairs and maintenance
• General maintenance and punch list items
• Turnover repairs between tenants
• Emergency tenant repair calls
The ideal person:
