First floor ceiling has a section of drywall seam tape that let go when it was wet. Cut that small piece out, it's like a foot or two long. Bed new seam tape and top coat. Paint to match this area (white ceiling paint). Stairwell has an area that has yellowing that needs ceiling paint. Wipe any water marks off of black stair case.

All bids will be reviewed. This could be the start of more consistent work we have a network of 30 properties across the Cincinnati area.
