Building Character LLC is looking to partner with experienced deck-building subcontractors and established crews for ongoing residential outdoor living projects.
We are a growing outdoor living and construction company specializing in premium decks and outdoor living spaces. We are looking to build long-term relationships with reliable subcontractors who take pride in their craftsmanship, communicate professionally, and deliver quality work.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience building wood and composite decks.
- Minimum two-person crew preferred.
- Own reliable transportation, tools and equipment.
- Current general liability insurance and certificate of insurance.
- Experience with deck framing, stairs, railings and finish carpentry.
- Roof framing, shingling and screen-room experience are a plus.
- Reliable communication, dependable scheduling and professional workmanship.
- References and photos of completed projects.
- Ability to provide a W-9 and sign a subcontractor agreement.
**SERVICE AREA**
Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana, including areas within and around the I-275 loop. Crews must be willing to travel to project locations.
