Compensation & Benefits:
- $25 - $35 per hour DOE

Work:
- Assist in the preparation, placement, and finishing of concrete and/or focus on formwork
- Build, erect, set, and strip forms for slabs, walls, decks, elevator cores, and tilt panels
- Install reinforcing steel, assemble formwork systems, and erect scaffolding
- Check alignment and dimensions of forms; assist with placement, patching, finishing, and jobsite cleanup


Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial concrete work
- 1+ years proven experience in concrete work as a lead, concrete carpenter, finisher, or laborer (3+ years priority)
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications for formwork and finishing
- Able to mix, pour, and finish concrete and to lift and handle heavy materials
- Commitment to safety protocols; strong work ethic and reliability
