Job Duties:
Pulling, storing, organizing, stocking, staging, tagging, and labeling products
Loading/unloading containers and receiving materials
Operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks
Conducting inventory counts
General warehouse maintenance and cleaning duties (warehouse, common areas, restrooms)
Adhering to corporate quality policies and safety requirements
Adapting to changing daily warehouse demands and other assigned duties
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Entry level / Store or warehouse experience preferred
Physical: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs.) in a fast-paced environment
Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow instructions
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour (Based on experience; 6-month review)
Benefits: Health Coverage
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: May be required to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Environment: Warehouse environment with potential exposure to heat, cold, and noise
Travel: Frequent local travel required to accompany drivers to customer sites throughout San Diego & out of San Diego County.
