Korean Kitchen – Chula Vista
We are a busy, family-owned Korean restaurant with approximately 100 dine-in guests daily plus takeout and third-party orders.
We are looking for an experienced server who has previously worked in a Korean restaurant.
You do NOT need to be Korean or speak Korean. However, previous restaurant experience and good knowledge of Korean food are REQUIRED. We are specifically looking for someone who is already familiar with Korean food and Korean restaurant service.
Our servers handle the full guest experience. On most days, there is no separate host or busser, which allows us to minimize tip splitting among additional front-of-house positions. Servers are expected to be comfortable taking orders, running food, bussing/resetting tables, and assisting with takeout and third-party delivery orders.
Training is provided for our menu, restaurant procedures, Toast POS system, and delivery-order system. There is no set training period—how quickly you move into a regular serving position depends on how quickly you can learn the menu, memorize the necessary information, and independently perform the job. Once you are fully trained and able to handle your position independently, you can move into the regular server tip structure. Full details regarding training and tips will be explained during the interview.
Qualifications:
* Previous server experience at a Korean restaurant is required
* Good knowledge of Korean food
* Strong ability to learn and memorize a menu quickly
* Comfortable managing multiple tables independently
* Able to take orders, run food, bus/reset tables, and provide complete table service
* Comfortable handling takeout and third-party delivery orders
* Toast POS experience is a plus, but training will be provided
* Reliable, organized, efficient, and able to multitask
* Weekend availability preferred
Schedule: Part-time positions are available. Depending on your experience, availability, and ability to perform the position independently, full-time hours may also be available. Weekend shifts are available.

We are looking for a fast and reliable **Dishwasher / Prep ** to join our team.
The position includes dishwashing and food prep . Restaurant kitchen experience is required, and you must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
1-hour break free meal
Starting pay: $19/hour to start
If you have prep skills and experience, start at $20/hour.
There is room for pay increases as you learn additional stations, including grill and cooking.
