About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, skilled HVAC Technician for ductless mini-split installations, system service, and equipment installs. Whether you're looking for full-time work, part-time shifts, or occasional sub/gig work on an as-needed basis, we have flexible options available.
Responsibilities:
Install single and multi-zone ductless mini-split units (mounting heads, running linesets, electrical hookups, and condensate drains).
Perform residential/light commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and system change-outs.
Conduct pressure testing, evacuation, and refrigerant charging.
Maintain clean job sites and represent the business professionally with clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience with HVAC service and mini-split installations.
EPA Section 608 Certification required.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation/tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills and clean work habits.
