I’m renting out a large master bedroom in my charming two-story home on the border of Los Gatos and Campbell, just 1.5 miles from the Netflix offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone working in Silicon Valley looking for a convenient, comfortable, and peaceful living space.
The Space:
The cheerful, light-filled room is 13 x 12 feet and features:
• Two walk-in closets and a private, full bathroom.
• A sliding glass door leading to a beautiful 18-foot redwood deck overlooking our serene, park-like backyard.
• Flexible furnishing: Choose to have the room furnished with a Queen bed and dresser, or left empty if you prefer your own furniture.
The Household:
You’ll be sharing the house with two other working professionals. We maintain a friendly, relaxed, and respectful household that values privacy and independence. Our home is quiet, stable, and drama-free, offering light kitchen access and an on-premises washer/dryer.
Our Ideal Housemate:
We are looking for an easygoing, responsible individual who is employed, honest, and financially dependable. Cleanliness and a low profile in the kitchen are highly appreciated. Please note that to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, this is a strictly smoke-free, drug-free, and quiet property.
