We aren’t just looking for someone to stand behind a register. We are looking for our next Doughnut Queen, King, or Diva. We want someone who treats the shop like their own, remembers the regulars’ orders before they even walk through the door, and delivers the absolute best, most infectious customer service imaginable.
What Your Day Looks Like
Pouring Perfection: You’ll be slinging high-quality espresso/matcha drinks, dialing in the morning brew, and keeping the neighborhood perfectly caffeinated.
Hype + Hospitality: You are the ultimate ambassador for our legendary doughnuts. You’ll guide customers through our menu, hype up the seasonal specials, and create an unforgettable, welcoming vibe for every single person who walks in.
Keeping it Flawless: Managing the flow, keeping the shop spotless, and ensuring the pastry cases look like absolute works of art.

COMPENSATION |
- Minimum hourly rate of $15 per hour + tips (average $21-$27 per hour)
- Paid sick time for all employees - 40 hours per year after 90 days
- Paid vacation for all employees after 1 year of employment
- Health (PPO or HMO), vision, and dental insurance available for full-time* employees
50% employer contribution
- HSA accounts available
- Complimentary doughnuts, sandwiches, coffee and tea during shifts
- $50 monthly company credit (good to use at Blackbird + Sally’s)
- Blackbird Swag to wear during shift
- Cash rewards based on longevity $250 after 6-months, $500 after 1-year
