Be part of a three-person team making and serving family-style luncheons for students and faculty in Harvard Square. Working directly under the chef, tasks include: set tables, ready space for service; assist chef with food prep, according to ability; serve platters; bus dishes and clear tables; return room to pre-service order; sweep; empty trash. Friendly atmosphere.
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., (12 hr/week)
with one paid training day if available. Beginning immediately. Last lunch is in the beginning of December with Thanksgiving week off. Restaurant or catering experience helpful, but not required. Possible opportunity for re-hire for the next school semester.
