• Strong bartending experience, ideally in an upscale restaurant, resort, hotel, or private club
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and classic bartending techniques
• Great attitude and strong communication skills
• Friendly, professional personality and genuine hospitality
• Strong sense of urgency without sacrificing attention to detail
• Pride in presentation, consistency, and quality
• Team-first attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
• Weekend and holiday availability
