No diagnostics errors, clear CRT with working focus and intensity controls and a totally refurbished battery pack with factory new cells that powers the unit for some 100 minutes (continually charges and maintains while plugged to AC power). Comes with a number of probes and connector adapters, a collapsible antenna, power cable, a set of extender boards for use if you have to troubleshoot one of the internal boards, the operator manual and service manual, all nicely spiral-bound by Staples, and other doodads.
This thing is a beast. I have since spoken to several techs who say this is the all-in-one piece of test equipment they use for all their work. It was meant to provide techs with a shop in one box that can do it all, and operate on batteries if need be.

This one was owned by the US Coast Guard before I bought it and does have a calibration sticker, though it is dated. I drove two days to PA and back to pick it up rather than risk having a dumba** trucker destroy it in transit.
